Terms of Service
Last updated 3 September 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sacred Timing website, the Sacred Timing Almanac, and readings booked with Sacred Timing. In these Terms, “Sacred Timing,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sacred Timing, LLC, a California limited liability company, and “you” refers to the person using the website, booking a reading, or subscribing to the Almanac.

Email: info@sacredtiming.com
By using this website, booking a reading, or connecting to the Almanac, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase anything from Sacred Timing or to claim a free Almanac.
2. Nature of the Service
Sacred Timing operates in the personal growth and wellness space. Our readings and the Almanac are tools for mindfulness, reflection, and insight, designed to help you bring attention and intention to how you spend your time.
They are not predictions. Sacred Timing describes conditions that may favor or suit a particular kind of activity. It does not tell you what will happen, and it does not make decisions for you. Every choice you make, and everything that follows from it, is yours.
Nothing Sacred Timing offers constitutes professional advice. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a diagnosis, a treatment, or a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. If you are facing a decision that calls for professional advice, please seek it.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your area. Sacred Timing is not a crisis service and cannot help in an emergency.
3. Products and Services
Readings
A reading is a one-to-one session with Sacred Timing, booked and paid for in advance. Section 2 applies to everything discussed in a reading.
The Almanac
The Sacred Timing Almanac is a subscription, not a downloadable file. You connect a link to your calendar application once, and the application checks it periodically for updates. This is how corrections and extensions reach you automatically.
The coverage period, price, free trial, any free offer, supported locations, and other features of the Almanac are described on the product page at the time you buy or claim it, and that description forms part of these Terms.
Free trials and free Almanacs are limited to one per email address. You confirm your email address first, and your trial or free Almanac is created once you have. The link you set up during a trial becomes your paid link, so you set up an Almanac only once.
Location changes. You may change the location your Almanac is calculated for a limited number of times during each coverage period, as described on the product page. Changes apply going forward. Past events remain as they were and continue to name the city they were calculated for.
4. Access to Your Almanac
We do not use accounts or passwords. Your Almanac link identifies you. This keeps the service simple and means there is no password for anyone to steal.
Anyone who has your link can view your Almanac, so please keep it private. If you believe your link has been shared, contact us and we will issue a new one.
Changes to your subscription, such as a location change, are confirmed by email before they take effect.
5. License and Acceptable Use
Your Sacred Timing products are licensed to you for your own personal use. They are not for sharing, publishing, or use in a business.
This license is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, or sublicensed.
You may not:
republish, resell, share, or redistribute an Almanac or its contents;
use an Almanac or a reading for commercial purposes, including reselling the timing information or building a product from it;
scrape, harvest, or automatically extract the contents;
attempt to reverse engineer how we perform our calculations; or
use the service to violate the law or to harm anyone.
If you breach these restrictions, we may suspend or terminate your access. Where the breach was not deliberate, we will tell you what the problem is and give you an opportunity to correct it.
6. Intellectual Property
The wording of the events, the selection of what appears and when, the way it is organized, and the design of the website and the Almanac belong to Sacred Timing, LLC. Astronomical facts belong to no one, and we claim no rights in them.
7. Payments
The Almanac. Almanac payments are processed by a payment provider acting as merchant of record. The provider is the seller for that transaction, processes the payment, and handles sales tax and VAT. Sacred Timing, LLC provides the service you are purchasing, and the provider’s own terms apply to the payment alongside these Terms.
Readings. Readings are booked through a third-party scheduling service and paid for through a third-party payment processor. For readings, Sacred Timing, LLC is the seller.
In either case, the payment provider holds your payment details. We never see or store your card number.
Prices are displayed before you buy. Where tax applies, it is shown at checkout.
8. Refunds, Cancellation, and Right of Withdrawal
Full details are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
No automatic renewal. Almanac coverage is a one-time purchase for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically, and you will not be charged again unless you make another purchase.
Purchases are final, because you can preview a full week free before you buy.
Your statutory rights are preserved. Where the consumer law of your country gives you greater rights, that law applies. This includes the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, and the consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
If something has gone wrong, contact us.
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. You have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because an Almanac is made available to you immediately, you will be asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun. You are not required to consent. If you prefer to keep the full 14-day period, you may wait, and your Almanac will be prepared after that period ends.
Instructions for exercising your right of withdrawal are provided in your purchase confirmation email and in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. You will receive email acknowledgement of any withdrawal request.
This applies whether your Almanac is treated as digital content or as a digital service.
Readings. A reading is a service rather than a file, and the same 14-day right applies. If you request that your reading take place within those 14 days and it does, the right of withdrawal ends once the reading has taken place.
9. Availability and Changes to the Service
We work to keep the Almanac accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Calendar applications fetch updates on their own schedules, so how quickly an update reaches you depends in part on the application you use.
We may change or improve our products over time. If a paid coverage period is cut short by a change we make, you will be refunded for the portion you did not receive.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those that the law requires and cannot be excluded.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Timing, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data.
Where Sacred Timing is liable, its liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service to which the claim relates in the 12 months preceding the claim, whether that payment was made to Sacred Timing or to a payment provider acting as seller for the transaction.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
If a problem arises, please contact us first. Most matters can be resolved by email, and we will always attempt that before any other course.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of California have jurisdiction over any dispute. Either party may instead bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.
If you are a consumer outside the United States, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence or prevents you from bringing a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remainder continues to apply.
13. Attribution
City data is from GeoNames, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License.
14. Changes to These Terms; Assignment
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top indicates when they were last revised. If a change materially affects something you have already purchased, we will notify you before it applies to you, by email if we still hold a readable address for you, or by notice at the top of this page if we do not. The Privacy Policy explains when an address is no longer readable.
If Sacred Timing, LLC or its calendar business is sold or transferred, these Terms and any purchase you have made will transfer with it, so that your Almanac continues to work. We will notify you before any transfer by the same two methods.
